Shipping policy

All domestic orders ship for free. 

International orders ship for a $20 flat rate.

The Boosted Guys LLC, owner of eBoardStuff, does not take any responsibility for any customs charges, fees, etc. Customs charges are different for every country. We do our best to mark your order as a gift or low value but sometimes we have no control over customs charging taxes and fees.

Expedited shipping services are provided at the customer’s request and are billed as non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for expedited shipping fees for any reason, including, but not limited to, carrier delays, service interruptions, or failure to deliver within the estimated delivery timeframe.

 

TRACKING INFORMATION STATES PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED BUT IT IS NOT.
Once a package has been marked as "Delivered", there is nothing we can do. Please contact your local post office to further inquire about the packages' whereabouts.
